Vibration, dust and deliveries had to stay below limits set by the operating theatres next door.
How we built it
- Bored piles instead of driven piles
- Negative-pressure dust wall along the shared boundary
- Night deliveries through a single managed gate
The hospital never closed a ward, not for an hour.
