What made it hard
The tenant's racking had to be in before peak season, whatever the winter did.
How we built it
- Tilt-up concrete panels cast on the slab
- Roof steel and deck closed in before the first snow
- Floor laser-screeded to a super-flat spec
Racking went in three weeks before peak season.
